In our holiday home you will find a comfortable interior that leaves nothing to be desired. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed (180x200 cm), which offers enough space for two adults, as well as a relaxing armchair, a living room cupboard and a table, complemented by a satellite TV for cosy evenings. The bedroom is furnished with a large wardrobe, a spacious double bed and a single bed to ensure a good night's sleep for you and your loved ones. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Senseo coffee pod machine, a filter coffee machine, a toaster, an egg cooker, a bread machine and a kettle.

The outdoor area of our house also offers a variety of relaxation and leisure options. The large lawn with a children's playground invites you to linger, while the garden furniture, a barbecue, a sandpit, a slide, a swing and various play equipment provide variety and fun outdoors. There is also a table tennis table for sporting activities.

The area surrounding our holiday home offers a wealth of activities and sights. Take advantage of the numerous sports and hire options such as bike and ski hire as well as the opportunity to go mountaineering, ice skating, golfing, canoeing, climbing, mountain biking, cycling and much more. Visit the Lohberg zoo, the Seepark in Arrach with weekly events in summer, the Osserbad in Lam or the thermal and family pool in Bad Kötzting. In addition, the town centre, just 1.5 km away, with shopping facilities and well-known restaurants, as well as the location on the edge of the forest are ideal for hiking.
