At 1000m above sea level, on the quiet outskirts of the village, our lovingly and family-run flat house with its 4 residential units and a small, fine wellness area, offers the perfect retreat for your holiday - whether in summer or winter. Every day is an adventure here, and the Huber family looks forward to welcoming you!
The holiday flat on the second floor covers an area of approx. 34m² and is optimally equipped for up to four people. The separate bedroom has a cosy double bed, while the combined living room and bedroom is furnished with a practical sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine and kettle. There is also a safe and satellite TV. The modern bathroom has a double washbasin, shower, towel dryer, hairdryer and a separate WC.
The south-west-facing balcony of the flat promises pure relaxation, inviting you to unwind and enjoy the wonderful mountain air. In addition to the comfortable living area, the flat house offers a small, fine wellness area with sauna and fitness equipment, ideal for relaxing moments after an active day in the mountains.
In the immediate vicinity you will find everything your heart desires: a natural swimming lake with a children's playground is only 200 metres away, opposite is a mini market for your daily shopping. Numerous hiking trails start right on the doorstep and the cable car station is just 100 metres away.
