The beautiful garden houses several patios. There is an herb garden, a rose garden, fruit trees, palm trees and more. There is a fitness pavilion with a treadmill and a wood burning stove, a wellness and spa bathhouse with a whirlpool (only operated during the winter months) and a shower, a fish pond and a beautiful barbecue. The partially covered patios have awnings, a dining table, sun loungers and a lounge sofa. There is a garage with a utility room with a washing machine, a dryer, a refrigerator and an iron/ironing board. The salt water pool (9x5 m) is definitely one of the house's highlights. It is regularly serviced. It is less salty than the ocean and offers a clean, healthy alternative to chlorine. The pool area houses a comfortable bathhouse with a whirlpool, a shower and a lounger.
