Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the right place for you. The house is located in the holiday village Eckwarderhörne / Butjadingen and is situated in the second row on a 4.5 ha lake, which invites you to swim or paddle. On the other side of the house you have a view over meadows and fields. The North Sea dyke is only about 200 metres away. The house stands on a 350 square metre plot and is located at the very edge of the park in a cul-de-sac. A path begins at the end of the cul-de-sac, which invites you to take a walk around the lake or to the North Sea dyke. A sunbathing lawn has also been laid out along this path for sunbathing by the lake.

The comfortable, detached holiday home (75 square metres of living space) is designed for 4 people. It is a solid house with an upper floor and gallery. There is WLAN throughout the house. There are two bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds, wardrobe and satellite TV. In the living room there is a large L-shaped sofa, an armchair and a 50-inch TV. The L-shaped kitchenette is fully equipped. From the seating area (bench and 2 chairs) you have a marvellous view of the lake. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a washbasin and WC, a large shower cubicle (90x120cm) and a washing machine.

New from 2024: Wallbox 11 kW e-car charging station at the house. The house has a car parking space and a beautiful garden. The garden is completely fenced in and also has a hedge. There is a garden shed and two terraces. The larger terrace is to the south with a view of meadows and fields (by the living room). The other terrace is to the west with a view of the lake. ...You can wander with the sun. The garden shed is equipped with garden furniture, high chair, travel cot, buggy, clothes horse, laundry basket, ladies' and men's bicycles, children's bicycle size 20, dog trailer for the bicycle for one or two medium-sized dogs up to a total of 35 kg.

Arrival from 15:00, departure until 10:00 Dogs are welcome. Both bedrooms with satellite TV. The bedside lamps have an inductive charging option for smartphones or alternatively via USB.

Cycling with over 250 km of paths is a very special pleasure in Butjadingen. The tranquil coastal villages and the mudflats make the area unique. There are numerous excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity, such as the "Aqua Mundo" adventure pool, the "Butjadingen Play Barn" and much more.
