The studio flat Vedrana4 is located only 800 m from the centre of Umag. It is located on the ground floor of a family house with 4 rental flats. It has a covered terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor kitchen. The beach is a few minutes' walk away (distance 1400 m), the ultra-supermarket is 250 m away, the nearest and cheapest restaurant "Gostionica Koper" is only 250 m away. The location is excellent for proximity to the town and beaches or for participation in the famous ATP Open Croatia tennis tournament, which has been held in Umag in the Stella Maris region for years. Near the beaches there is no shortage of pine trees or other vegetation to protect you from the sun during the hottest hours of the day.
