Welcome to the newly renovated Småland vacation home on the beautiful peninsula. This low-energy home offers maximum comfort: a heat pump, full LED lighting, fiber-optic internet, as well as air conditioning and TV in every room.

Three terraces ensure sunshine from morning to evening, and each terrace features cozy seating. Two vacation homes are located right next to each other and can be booked together.
A parking space and a wall-mounted charging station are located right outside the door. Ideal for unwinding, relaxing, and enjoying yourself.

Experience a relaxing vacation in the 2025 fully renovated Småland vacation home, just a few steps from the fine-sand beach—so close that you can even hear the sound of the sea.

Modern low-energy home with top-of-the-line amenities

The house was renovated to the latest standards and stands out as a low-energyhome with a heat pump, full LED lighting, and a fiber-optic connection.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and their own TV—ideal for families, couples, and guests who want comfort even while on vacation.

For cozy evenings, there’s also a fireplace available, which provides warm comfort, especially on cooler days.

E-Cars welcome: Parking & Wallbox at the house

A parking space right in front of the house and a wallbox for charging your electric car are, of course, available to you.

Two vacation homes—ideal for large family groups

Right next door is a second, identical vacation home (Småland Vacation Home). Both properties can be booked individually or together—ideal for families who are friends or larger travel groups.

Across from the two houses are two additional vacation apartments (Lolle Vacation Apartment & Lönneberga Vacation Apartment), which are located directly above each other and can each accommodate up to 5 people—perfect if you need even more space or if several families are traveling together.

Bedding and towels are not included in the trip price but can be booked for €25.00 per person.

Vacation with your dog!

The Smäland vacation home can be booked for up to 4 people.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings with dogs accompanied by children.

However, two adults with one dog are very welcome, and we look forward to receiving your inquiry.

For dogs, a fee of €3.80 per dog per day and a final cleaning fee of €20.00 must be added to your booking!

The vacation home can accommodate up to 4 people:

• 1 bedroom with a 140 × 200 cm bed

• 1 bedroom with a 90 × 200 cm bed

• 1 bedroom with either 2 × 90 × 200 cm beds or one large 180 × 200 cm bed

• Additionally: Sofa bed

Bedding and towels are not included in the travel price but can be booked for €25.00 per person.

The modern bathroom not only offers plenty of storage space, but is also equipped with a walk-in shower, washer, and dryer, as well as bright and inviting furnishings—ideal for longer stays.

Well-equipped kitchen & additional storage space

The kitchen is fully equipped with:

• Oven

• Refrigerator

•Dishwasher

• Microwave

• Coffee maker

• Electric kettle

In the utility room, you’ll also find a second refrigerator and a freezer.

Three terraces with sun all day long

The three terraces are a special highlight.

• Morning sun for your first breakfast

• Sunny spots to relax during the day

• Evening sun on the especially large terrace – with an additional grill that can be used for both regular grilling and as a fire pit.



Check-in is from 4:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
