Vacation apartment Beach in Ria's Beachvilla - Vacation with your dog

The “Beach” vacation rental at Ria’s Beach Villa is a stylish retreat in the heart of Borkum. It is located on the first floor of a lovingly renovated townhouse on Neue Straße—just a few minutes’ walk from the main beach, the promenade, and the cozy shops and cafés in the center of the island.

Spanning approximately 55 square meters, guests can expect a light-filled, open-concept apartment that combines maritime charm with modern design elements.

The stylish bedroom with a comfortable double bed invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. If needed, the pull-out sofa bed in the living area can accommodate up to two additional guests. The spacious living and dining area features a comfortable (sleeper) sofa, a smart TV, and a fully equipped built-in kitchen—perfect for relaxing evenings after a day at the beach.
A special highlight is the high-quality bathroom with an integrated private sauna—ideal for feeling good and relaxing, even on cooler days. Underfloor heating in all rooms ensures a pleasantly warm indoor climate and harmoniously rounds out the high-quality living experience.
