Casa Villa Feel Good, perfectly equipped for 8 people, is located very close to Alcudia beach and the charming town of Alcudia, known for its old town. Its privileged location allows easy access to other nearby beaches, as well as services and activities to fully enjoy your vacation.
The property offers spacious outdoor areas designed for rest and entertainment. You can enjoy a large pool (5x2.5m) surrounded by eight comfortable loungers and an umbrella, ideal for relaxing under the Mallorca sun. In the rear area, you will find a large table for eight people next to a stone barbecue, perfect for sharing pleasant outdoor meals. Additionally, there is an extra round wooden table outside, allowing for more diners. For the most fun moments, the house has a ping-pong table.
The housing is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bright living-dining room, equipped with large windows that provide natural light and allow direct access to outdoor areas. On this same floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, the remaining bedrooms are distributed along with a bathroom with a bathtub. This floor has two bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms has a private balcony with a table and chairs, a perfect space to start the day enjoying a unique sunrise in Mallorca. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. Additionally, the house offers an additional bathroom with a shower outside and has television and wifi connection.
The location is unbeatable, in a quiet area, but just a few minutes walking from the Town of Alcudia, known for its walls, its typical restaurants and its local market on Tuesdays and Sundays. The house is located 200 meters from the sea and 800 meters from one of the beaches in the area. In the same surroundings, you will find coves with crystal-clear waters where you can snorkel and enjoy the marine life of Mallorca.
