Tourist tax/overnight stay tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the total cost of the booked accommodation. This tax is not included in the total cost and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of people, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar are not issued a visitor’s card.

Welcome to the Finchen vacation rental on the outskirts of the Hanseatic City of Wismar!
Your Finchen vacation rental, complete with a terrace and parking space, is located in a semi-detached house that we have furnished with great care and attention to detail. It is situated in the quiet Dargetzow neighborhood, about a 7-minute drive from downtown Wismar. Just about 100 meters from the vacation rental is a bus stop that takes you directly to the Old Town.
You enter our basement vacation rental through a beautiful, separate entrance. The first room you’ll see is the beautiful new kitchen with a dining area (New! April 2019). Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare your own meals if desired (4-burner ceramic stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, oven, toaster, dishes, silverware, glasses).
The hallway leads to the bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, bathroom cabinet) and the living room (sofa, wall unit, dining table, TV, stereo) and the bedroom (1 double bed, 1 nightstand, 1 bedside lamp, 1 closet, 1 chair).
In the living room, you can relax comfortably while watching TV or listening to music. The bedroom stays pleasantly cool during the warm summer months. Free Wi-Fi is available.
You’re welcome to use the beautifully landscaped backyard to wind down in the evening, sunbathe, relax, or have a barbecue.

Traveling by Train
Even if you’re arriving by train, you’re in good hands here, as a bus runs every hour from the train station to practically our front door.
