The apartment is located in Building K of the Ferienpark, on the 8th floor, with a sunny south-facing balcony and a sweeping view over the salt marshes to the Baltic Sea. The beach is about 300 m away and easily accessible via the pretty promenade—past the playground and mini-golf course.
The 45 m² apartment features a living-dining area with a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, Wi-Fi, and dining table; a bedroom with a double bed; a children’s room with a bunk bed and TV; a kitchen with a 4-zone stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and air fryer; and a bright shower room with a toilet. Child-friendly amenities include a high chair and games. No smoking, no pets, elevator, free parking. Suitable for up to 6 people.
