The “Seerose” apartment building is located on the Steinwarder dune peninsula between the Baltic Sea and an inland lake. The main beach is directly across the way, and there is direct access to the inland lake.
Amenities: Approx. 90 m², 3rd floor with elevator, for 2 adults and 1 child. Living/dining area with balcony, master bedroom with double bed and balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea, children’s room with single bed, two bathrooms with shower/toilet, storage room.
Bonus features: Two balconies with ocean and lake views, private parking space at the building, coin-operated washer and dryer on the first floor.
Important notes: Non-smoking apartment, no pets, no Wi-Fi.
