The Farm House combines luxury and privacy in a serene Aiken, South Carolina countryside setting. The wraparound front porch with rocking chairs and screened back porch invite you to sit back and relax. The master suite features a large bedroom and has its own entrance to both the front porch and screened back porch. Large master bath and master closet complete this wing of the home. Gather for dinner at the kitchen’s large dining table then relax in the family room and enjoy a wood burning fire and a good movie. The first floor also has two additional bedrooms, one full bath and laundry. The upstairs offers another large bedroom with a full bath. Three night minimum stay required. Equestrian amenities available for rent.

Perfect space for our group

We met family here and spent Thanksgiving week here. The house was great, clean, and had everything we needed and more. The grounds were great and we enjoyed exploring the property. We definitely are considering visiting again.

Masters week.

The Farm House was a great getaway with family while attending the Masters tournament. The amenities were more than we expected and the lay out of the house was perfect. Thank you for sharing your home.

Beautiful secluded property. House is exactly has described, and equipped with everything needed for and extended stay. Sarah was very accommodating, and quickly answered any question I had. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quite getaway on a gorgeous country estate.

Great place to stay for a larger group

We were able to easily house eight of us that were in town for work in this house and the bunk house. This was a lot better than getting a hotel in town and allowed us to spend more time together. The house was clean and in great shape.

Peaceful surroundings

This is a peaceful, relaxing property. Perfect for a family of various ages. Great wrap-around porch on which to rock and enjoy nature. Lots of trails to explore and a great front lawn for outdoor family fun and games.

Fantastic Property

It's a beautiful house on a horse fam. Secluded and tranquil but only 20 minutes from downtown Aiken and 30 minutes from Augusta. I'm thinking of renting it again for next year. Sarah, the Manager, took good care of us.

Such a great place to relax

Staying at the Farm House was such a treat. Sarah was always pleasant and quick when I contacted her. The house was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. If you have a horse to bring or just want to walk, there are so many roads and trails. Gathering around the kitchen table was a nice place to visit. Or outside on the front or back porch was great when the weather permitted. Wi-Fi was very weak and phone calls were hit or miss. I would definitely book again if I had a group of 6-8.

Away from it all

Our family was looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, and this property delivered. Located in the middle of the woods outside of Aiken, SC, the property is quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. Tons of hiking trails, a lake, and equestrian stables with gorgeous competition horses to look at. Jim and Sarah were great hosts. Only recommendations would be a fire pit with seating and a better wifi signal (I hear high speed internet cabling is coming to that area of SC soon). I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing property and reasonably priced

We could not be happier with this experience. Sarah & Jim we're VERY responsive, but we still felt like we had an ENTIRE FARM to ourselves. Our dog loved playing on the Polo Fields and meeting the horses. We enjoyed a sunset dinner by the adjoining lake, and sunrise walks through the many trails on the property. This location was also very accessible to downtown Aiken and Augusta - hiking trails, great food, and lots of breweries! And don't forget to check out trap & skeet shooting just down the street at Carolina Star Gun Range. Thanks again Jim & Sarah!

Fox Nation Farm Rocks!

Absolutely lovely accommodations, stabling and WOW the footing! We were delighted to spend 6 days there. Property owners were welcoming and very gracious to stop by and check on us. We were a party of 18 people most fox hunters and /or golfers and 10 horses.

We loved our stay at Fox Nation!

Our tennis team stayed at Fox Nation while playing in the State Championship. We stayed in both the Farmhouse and the Bunkhouse. The twelve of us had plenty of room to hang out together in either house. Or, if you wanted to be by yourself, there were plenty of spots to sit in solitude and enjoy nature. I loved sitting in the rockers on the porch in the morning! Both houses were well stocked and the owner even left cookies and strawberries out for us! We enjoyed walking the trails around the property and seeing the horses, birds, turkey, quail, etc. The WiFi was hit or miss, but it worked out that it wasn’t needed that often. We would definitely go back to Fox Nation again!

We rented the farm House for just about three weeks. We had the most fun! The owner, Sarah, couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. The house has the best vibe and the property is incredible ! We already booked for next year!

Beautiful farm demands relaxation

My family of 4 met with friends (7) to relax, catch up, and view the eclipse. We rented both houses and found them to be laid out well, very comfortable, tastefully decorated, and perfectly accommodating to our large group. The Farm house is beautiful, filled with antiques and comfortable living spaces. It is the best option if looking for a more secluded feel. The Bunk house, conveniently located beside the gorgeous barns, is not as quaint as the Farm house, but is very accommodating of a large group. It also has a great outdoor gathering spot with BBQ pit that invited delicious dinners and live music from our group! The equine facilities are amazing with large stalls equip with hi power fans (much needed in the heat of SC), grassy paddocks, and pristine fields, trails, and jumps organized throughout the property. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return as soon as we can!

Have your own horse estate!

We had a lovely stay at Fox Nation. The farm house was cozy, charming and was well-appointed. It was very clean and well maintained. Always willing to lend an hand, the staff was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We brought our horses and kept them in the clean, well thought out barn and grazed them in the ample paddocks with run-ins. We had an amazing time exploring the 1200 acres of trails and cantering the fields. The numerous XC jumps were fantastic. In Aiken, we particularly enjoyed the Willcox for fine dining and the Full Moon Cafe for breakfast and lunch. It was fun to stroll thru downtown and enjoy the quaint village. We celebrated Christmas at Fox Nation and it made for a memorable holiday!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Vacation!

Fox Nation is a beautiful property which allowed my family to have an amazing Thanksgiving break. The upstairs was perfect for the kids and we loved that they had their own bathroom. Relatives were able to rent the bunk house which allowed us all to be together on the same property. Fox Nation was clean, spacious, and charming. The beds were super comfortable and the agent was very responsive and available to answer all of our questions. We would without question rent this property again.
