The vacation home in Timmendorfer Strand, in the Niendorf neighborhood[nbsp], is very comfortable for 4–6 people, with 110 m² of living space, and is furnished in a “coastal, cozy style.” Outside, the garden and the spacious south-facing terrace—complete with a beach chair, patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a parasol—await both children and adults.[nbsp] A beach chair (available seasonally from mid-May to mid-September) is provided on the beach for free use.
On the first floor of the townhouse is the bright, welcoming living room with two cozy sofas and armchairs that invite you to read and play. The ethanol fireplace creates an even more pleasant atmosphere, especially during the darker months of the year. The home entertainment system includes an LCD TV, cable TV, and a radio. LTE internet is available free of charge. The open kitchen, featuring two bar stools, and the dining area are adjacent to the living area. An induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a full range of kitchen appliances ensure you’ll have everything you need. The hallway with a coat closet, the guest restroom, and a storage room housing a washing machine complete the first floor. The first floor features a bedroom with a double bed (180x200), a TV, a recliner, and a desk—a quiet retreat for reading or working—as well as another bedroom, also furnished with a double bed (180x200). The spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower. On the second floor, there is a studio with two single beds. All windows in the bedrooms can be darkened using pleated blinds or curtains.
The house is located directly on Niendorf Harbor and offers excellent amenities. There are numerous restaurants, a kiosk, a bakery, and a fish smokehouse, as well as a bike rental shop and an adventure playground in the immediate vicinity.
