This 82-square-meter, 3-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor, features a large south-facing balcony, and is situated in the center of Boltenhagen. It is just 100 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. One bedroom with a double bed, a “children’s room,” and the living room—each with a sleeper sofa—can accommodate up to 6 people. The living room features a dining table, a sofa set, and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In addition to a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet, the bathroom also has a washing machine. The vacation rental has a second guest restroom. The south-facing balcony, with seating and a table, is a great place to relax.
A travel crib is available free of charge.
Please note: The vacation rental includes a private garage parking space: Maximum garage entrance height is 180 cm! Large vans and buses are not permitted. Only one parking space is available.
Note regarding bed linens: Bedding is not included, but we offer you the option to add our bedding package per person for an additional fee.
