Vacation apartment/apartment for 3 guests with 32m² in Hörnum (307280)

The "Beach Ole" apartment was almost completely renovated in late 2016 and, with its 32 m², can accommodate up to 2–4 people (max. 3 adults). It is located on the first floor and features a living/sleeping area with a French double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), a cozy couch (which converts into a bed for the third person), and a table. From the living/bedroom, you have access to the west-facing balcony with a table and chairs, which invites you to relax. There, you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine.
The small built-in kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, a microwave with a grill function, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, and all the utensils you need to prepare your own meals. You can enjoy your meals at a dining table with two chairs. The hallway is furnished with a coat rack and a large built-in closet that offers plenty of storage space. From there, you can access the bathroom with a shower and toilet. Designer flooring has been installed throughout the entire apartment. Many coordinating nautical accessories round out the overall look. A parking space (No. 21) in front of the building is also included. In the utility room, you can do your laundry and, if needed, dry it (coin-operated).
Smoking is not permitted. You are welcome to bring your dog upon request and for an additional fee.

Furthermore, we cannot guarantee specific transmission speeds or local coverage. The island is constantly changing, so noise disturbances from new construction or renovation work may occur. A rent reduction or compensation for damages due to construction noise is excluded if the landlord has no means of mitigating the construction noise.
