Our small apartment building is situated on a sunny terrace on the outskirts of Bad Häring, nestled in a natural setting with an impressive mountain panorama.
Surrounded by lush meadows, pastures, and woodlands, the hamlet of “Fleck” nestles against the slope of our local mountain, the Großer Pölvens (1,595 m), and offers you a truly peaceful retreat away from traffic and the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
In addition to fully equipped apartments of various sizes, you’ll have access to a garden, on-site parking, ski and drying rooms, cable TV connections, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and numerous balconies. Starting from the house, you can go on hikes to the waterfall, the “Stallhäusl” mountain inn, the fallow deer farm, the mining museum, or around the Pölven.
In winter, the “Wilder Kaiser” winter sports region is just a 10-minute drive away.
From spring through fall, numerous mountain inns and huts invite you to enjoy extended hikes throughout this mountainous region. Adventure parks and playgrounds designed especially for children and teens at the mid-station and mountain stations provide entertainment and variety—not just for these age groups.

Cross-country skiing in winter and well-developed cycling and mountain biking trails offer endurance athletes plenty of opportunities to stay active. In addition, numerous lakes and outdoor swimming pools in our region invite you to enjoy extended swimming in the summer.
