Enter through the wide entrance and discover a spacious living area with fireplace and satellite TV, perfect for cosy moments indoors. The high-quality kitchen, equipped with modern appliances, offers an open-plan design that flows into the dining area and onto the covered terrace. On the upper floor, you will find three cosy bedrooms that make for a relaxing holiday retreat.
The villa "Sos Monjos was built 250 years ago on the elevated edge of the mountain village of Artà and was completely restored in 2005. It enjoys an elevated, idyllic location to the west of Artà on a 4,000 m² plot with fantastic views of the green hills. The picturesque old town of Artà with its narrow streets, bars, restaurants and shops is within easy walking distance. There is a weekly market in the centre of Artà on Tuesdays. Several natural beaches can be reached in just 10-15 minutes by car.
