Beautiful home in Cala Ratjada

If you're dreaming of a small, private holiday home for you and your family or another couple, look no further. The small, apple-green Villa Manzana, which was spruced up and improved in various places in 2018 under new management, is a simple farmhouse that has been lovingly and comfortably furnished to accommodate holidaymakers. The real attraction of this villa is its exceptionally pleasant, secluded location. The property is situated directly behind the fine, white sandy beach of Cala Agulla (see beach photo). This bay is almost completely undeveloped, so you can spend your holiday in maximum privacy and tranquillity. The outdoor area of the villa is particularly beautiful with its almost unspoilt nature. In front of the house there is a small terrace with a round dining area for up to four people, a perfect place to start the day with a nice breakfast. Whether it's the hammock suspended between the trees or the brick barbecue, the closeness to nature and naturalness of this little cottage make it so special and cosy. You don't even have to go as far as your own front door for a refreshing swim: Since the beginning of 2017, the villa has had a 6-metre-long pool with tiered decking, which invites you to cool off at any time of day ( and night). There is also an outdoor shower for even faster cooling.



Guests have access to two cosy bedrooms with plenty of storage space, some of the wooden beds are handmade. The bathroom with white tiles has a shower and a beautiful washbasin. The combined living and kitchen area is particularly cosy. The kitchenette with brick cabinets includes a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a large fridge with separate freezer compartment. Next to the kitchenette you will find a huge wooden table with 6 wooden chairs. Next to it is a new and modern fireplace, which makes the house warm and cosy when needed. Nothing stands in the way of a nice games evening with the whole family. You can also make yourself comfortable on the cosy couch and watch TV. We can warmly recommend this small Mallorcan villa to anyone who likes to spend their holidays close to nature. The small Villa Manzana can accommodate up to four people. It is in a secluded location, just 100 metres from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Mallorca, Cala Agulla near Cala Ratjada. The villa is nestled in paradise in a Mediterranean garden. You can go shopping in neighbouring Cala Ratjada or in the pretty town of Capdepera.
