Spacious vacation apartment (85 square meters) with a veranda and garden view - itzgrundperlchen With our two vacation apartments, perlchen1 and perlchen2, we offer you well-equipped, ideal retreats for your weekend or vacation enjoyment. Our “perlchen2” has a very bright, open feel and includes several additional amenities beyond the basic furnishings, such as a dressing room with a washing machine and our small library. Here, even the most avid reader can find something to satisfy their appetite for reading. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a microwave, a coffee maker, an induction stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, cooking utensils, a toaster, and a dishwasher. The highlight of the apartment is the large, elevated wooden deck with railings all around, which extends into our lush, spacious garden. You’ll often find us here in our free time. Our green retreat was recognized as a “Bird-Friendly Garden” by the State Association for Bird Protection in 2025. Sheltered by birch, pine, and lush willow trees, it’s a wonderful place to unwind. (Electric retractable awning available). A 5-minute walk will take you to our Schoder bakery-café, two garden centers selling vegetables and fruit, the Baumanns beer garden, and the Pizzeria Toscana. Larger stores can be found in Ebern (7 km). Payment terms: By bank transfer up to 10 days before arrival.
