- Sleeping & Living: Two bedrooms, each with two single beds and clothing storage, with room-darkening shades for restful sleep. The single beds suit guests who prefer to sleep separately. A separate living room with a Smart TV is ready for your own streaming accounts. Fresh bed linen is provided.



- Kitchen: A separate, fully equipped kitchen for cooking at your own pace. A ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, capsule coffee machine, kettle, and toaster are all available, along with wine glasses. We provide an initial supply of coffee capsules. Tea is provided, and salt, pepper, sugar, and milk are there to get you started.



- Bathroom: A bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. Fresh towels and toilet paper are provided.

The bedrooms are furnished with single beds. They can be placed side by side, but a small gap remains, so they do not form a true double bed — the layout is best suited to guests who are comfortable sleeping separately.



There are no private or reserved parking spaces for this apartment. Free on-street parking is available in the surrounding streets — please observe the local parking signs.
