The chalet is located in a beautiful chalet park in Afritz am See, in a stunning landscape in the south of Carinthia, right by the idyllic Afritzer See and surrounded by mountains and forests. It is the ideal place for those who love nature, tranquility, and an active holiday. From the chalet, you are quickly immersed in the great outdoors, where each season has its own charm.

In addition to nature and winter sports, this holiday region also offers plenty of variety. The city of Villach is nearby and invites you for a day of shopping, enjoying a drink on a terrace, or relaxing in the thermal baths. You will also find several other beautiful lakes in the area, such as the Ossiacher See, the Brennsee, the Faaker See, and the Millstätter See, perfect for swimming, boating, or simply relaxing by the water during the summer months.

In winter, you benefit from the proximity of excellent ski resorts. About 15 kilometers away is Bad Kleinkirchheim, a versatile ski area with 103 kilometers of slopes, modern lifts, and plenty of variety for both families and sporty skiers. The Gerlitzen Alpe is also easily accessible (about 13 km); this sunny ski area has around 50-55 kilometers of ski slopes and offers breathtaking views of the Alps.
