The condo was spacious for the two of us. The weather was perfect and the view provided great sunsets. Only request would be a couple skillets and some basic seasonings. A mild criticism I know but I’m a professional chef and was disappointed with the lack of some basic items to prepare a couple meals for my wife and I. Great time away and a beautiful location!

Gulf Shores Surf & Raquet Club

The room had a weird mold smell, I had to buy several odor/moisture absorbers and place under the beds. There were no working curtains so the unit got very hot in the evenings. Would not recommend!

Not the cleanest….

We enjoyed our stay! The location was great. The balcony was our favorite spot. The floor could have been cleaner. I walked on the floor with white socks that turned grey/black on the bottom after a few hours of being there. Also, the unit looks like it needs some updating. The couch and recliner had a lot of wear!

Not a house keeper

The pool area was well taken care of and was really nice ! We also really enjoyed the docks for sunsets and crabbing. My main disappointment was in the rooms. I ended up washing a wall in the bedroom that appeared to have had spaghetti sauce splattered on it. I also felt the need to wipe off the main kitchen wall and a livingroom wall. They were both very dirty. Combination of dirty hand marks and something that looked like milk had run down the walls. Nothing like spending the first day of vacation cleaning. We would consider staying here again but perhaps under a different company

Great

Everything was amazing besides finding out once we were there we had to back track to check in 5 miles back. After that everything was great.

Care of Residents

My family did not receive our key to our room on arrival. The person working at the desk that waited on my wife was incompetent to say the least. She did not have anything together. The other person working next to my wife at the other desk took care of her customer immediately and was organized. That customer walked up after my wife and left before we were complete with the check-in. On top of that the keys to the condo was not given to my wife. We have stayed at other sites and instructions with a key code are sometimes provided. My family left and my wife had my daughter check to see what the key code was. It was not in the paperwork. She called the office. The attendant forgot to give my wife the keys. She was told to wait at the location she stopped at to call the office. That person brought the keys to them. After receiving the keys and upon traveling to Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet my family was involved in a head on collision no fault of their own. Had your employee been competent and provided all necessary information and the keys, my families time table would have put them at the condo before the people that hit them would have even passed on that road. There were extensive injuries that all parties suffered in my families vehicle. Each one traveled by ambulance to the local hospital. Surgeries were needed to be performed on two in the vehicle my wife and daughter. My daughter in law and grand son also had injuries. I personally stopped at the office after the accident and requested someone to call me because we may have needed the room for an extended time due to the uncertainty of the surgeries and no one called. We utilized the location for medical care only and there was no way to enjoy it as we had planned. Also to top this we had to utilize the front lobby elevator because the one in our C building was always broken. My family members were hurting and no one from your office cared to make us the least bit more comfortable. I was totally dissatisfied with the service provided by your staff and manager. I would not recommend a stay with your group as a matter of fact I will discourage all Louisiana residents from visiting any of your managed sites. Your company in the past has been used by many members of my family and my friends. My community knows of the incident and Brett / Robinson's business from our community will dwindle due to your companies actions and lack of action. I will tell my story again and again.

Room 703c

The location of this property was great. Right across from the beach with a nice boardwalk access for the guest. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevator was on the fritz for several days and at one point we had to take the stairs. Not a big deal if i didnt have 2 infants to tote up 7 flights along with other things I was carrying. I loved how well the kitchen was stocked with utensils and all appliances worked great. However the room itself had several issues. It was very cramped in the rooms but since we were only sleeping there it wasn't that bad if we could sleep. The beds were very uncomfortable. So much so I moved to the pull out couch with 3 other people. It was a nightmare. The sheets had cigarette burns in them but all linens were clean. The outside patio screens were broke and off track so you could not leave balcony doors open at night to enjoy. None of the lights except the bathroom worked in the master bedroom. Also the bar in the shower was broken and would fall out when you were in there. Overall we had a great time and the room suited out needs. It had beautiful view but was just in a rundown condition. A few repairs and a more comfy bed and this would have been top notch.
