Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf das Meer und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Gartendusche, Grillmöglichkeit und Terrasse.

Vir. The holiday flat is located on a 275 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. 64 m² of living space, balcony and large covered terrace 22 m². You receive a key and the gate closes. Sunny in the morning, cool in the afternoon. It has an awning that can be opened and closed as needed. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 100 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
