House 'Maison typique de montagne' with View, Private Terrace and Garden in Ercé

Renovated traditional house in the charming village of ERCE, at 650 m altitude, located in the heart of the Pyrénées Ariégeoises Regional Nature Park, right by the Garbet river. On site, you will find a village grocery store, newsstand/tobacconist, bar-restaurant, and a mechanic.



Many activities are available nearby: Guzet Neige ski resort is 18 km away, the thermal baths and spa center of Aulus-les-Bains are 8 km away, as well as the Cominac huts. Hiking enthusiasts can discover the Ars waterfall, the Cagateille cirque, many lakes, and several museums.



The 90 m² house can accommodate up to 8 guests. On the ground floor: a separate fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle), a shower room, separate WC, and a living area with open fireplace, TV, and lounge.



Upstairs, two bedrooms each have a 140x200 bed, one with access to a balcony offering a beautiful mountain view and the sound of grazing herds’ bells. The attic floor features a large bedroom with a 140x200 bed.



A shaded terrace with garden furniture and a plancha, plus a private fenced 300 m² garden, complete the property. From October 15, a contribution to electricity costs is required (meter reading on arrival and departure). Bed linen and towels are not included—please bring your own. Cleaning is the responsibility of guests. Part of the deposit may be withheld if cleaning is not done.
