Accommodation description:
Studio on the 7th floor, ideal for a seaside stay. Sleeping area with double bed and bright living room with sofa bed for 2 guests. Semi-open kitchen with mini dishwasher and access to a sunny terrace. Recently renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. Amazon Prime, Disney and Netflix included. Prime location on the promenade, near shops and tram.
Wifi: yes. Parking not included. Bring your own bed linen and towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
