I am sorry to hear you were not 100% satisfied. I would have been more than happy to replace unsatisfactory items had I be notified. The I did replace the AC unit with a brand new one when it was brought to my attention before the end of the season. The comforters get washed after every guest and placed every year of need be. Please if you could let me know what was missing from the kitchen I do not have a problem adding to the inventory.

Please read my many other reviews and then my response. Yes, I was rude, to start off I had zero response from any communication I attempted with these guests, they did not contact me with any of the issues mentioned here. I was aware the wifi was not working via my downstairs guests. They did not respond to my VRBO communication or text the power booster the cable company supplies had become unplugged, all they needed to do was plug it back in. The guests had my cell number and never made me aware of any of the issues mentioned here. 2. They brought many more people then they booked, violating the maximum capacity of the unit putting me at risk of loosing my rental license. 3. The 10 AM check out is clearly posted on VRBO and in the rules posted in the in the unit. Upon request often a later check out can be arranged in the off season. There was no request ever made. My cleaning girl had arrived twice to realize the guests where still there. I messaged, called and texted them in an effort to find out why they hadn't checked out yet. I did not even get the courtesy of a response. It was on her 3rd attempt ... 11:30 I arrived with her had to vocally demand the house be immediately vacated. I was disgusted by what I saw. There were people sleeping on the floors, 4 people in a room meant for two and people everywhere I looked. It appeared someone had taken down a window curtain to use as a blanket. There was debris ranging from chocolate cake to half empty spilt beer covering every surface in the unit. There was chocolate cake on the walls and the sofa. YES I WAS RUDE. MY RULES AND MY PROPERTY HAD BEEN VIOLATED. I had to have two additional people come in for and hour and a half in order to assure the property would be ready in time for the next guest. In my 10 years of renting I have never had such a upsetting experience.
