The chalet is located in a chalet park in Afritz am See, amidst the stunning landscapes in the South of Carinthia, where mountains, vast forests, and crystal-clear lakes come together. It is the ideal place for those seeking tranquility, enjoying nature, and having an active holiday. From the chalet, you can walk straight to Afritzer See, an idyllic lake with well-maintained beaches, sunbathing areas, docks, and a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains.

In addition to nature, mountains, and various outdoor activities, the holiday region has much more to offer. The nearby town of Villach is perfect for a day trip, with cozy terraces, charming shops, and a beautiful thermal spa. The other lakes in the region, such as the Ossiacher See, Millstätter See, and Faaker See, invite for swimming, water sports, or simply relaxing by the water.
