Accommodation description:
Ground-floor apartment ideal for a relaxing seaside holiday. 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Living room with sofa bed for 2 guests. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet. Spacious private garden with large southwest-facing terrace to enjoy the sun. Private garage box in the same building included. Within walking distance of the promenade, surrounded by greenery.
Wifi: yes. Bring your own bed linen and towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
