Located in the heart of a Provencal village, in a green setting, charming place, at the foot of the giant of Provence, in the Vaucluse, the legendary Mont Ventoux. The house has an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains. The site is very calm, lulled by the song of the cicadas.
The 1000m garden is closed (olive trees), private swimming pool of 3/6 with WATER HEATED at 28 degrees which allows you to swim from May, in June, September and October. The swimming pool is filled with spring water which allows it to chlorinate much less, it is completely secure for children. There are 6 sunbaths where you can take a nap to relax and fully enjoy the sun.
A 30m2 terrace where you can relax and have an aperitif.
A courtyard with an arbor, a teak lounge, a barbecue where it will be pleasant for you to take all your meals with family, friends returning from the market or after having visited the many cellars of our region.
The 110m house has 5 rooms that can accommodate 4/6 people.
