The apartment has been carefully prepared; please respect the premises.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided as an option, available for an extra fee. Even if you choose the cleaning option, please follow a few rules: leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty), clean the cooktop and plancha, and take out all trash and waste.



Parties are strictly prohibited.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and set out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the town’s recycling containers.
