Nord&See Vacation Home – A Dream Home on the North Sea

Welcome to the Nord&See Vacation Home in Horumersiel—your retreat for an unforgettable vacation on the North Sea. This charming house, adjacent to a residential extension yet completely private, offers 120 m² of space for up to 6 people and combines comfort, coziness, and Nordic simplicity.

You’ll feel the tranquility the moment you step inside: A long, vinyl-floored hallway welcomes you and offers plenty of space for your personal belongings with a coat rack and shoe cabinet. From here, you enter directly into the heart of the home—a light-filled, open space that harmoniously connects the living room, dining area, kitchen, and a small lounge area. Large windows let the sun in early in the morning and offer a magnificent view of the garden and terrace.

The living room, with its cozy corner sofa, sofa, and comfortable armchairs, invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings—whether with a good book, a movie, or simply gazing out at the garden. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals or game nights.

The bright, country-style kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare culinary delights yourself. Thanks to the small counter, you can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee while cooking or kick off the evening with a glass of wine as life buzzes around you in the room.

The guest restroom on the first floor is bright and welcoming and easily accessible.

A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which features three lovingly furnished bedrooms and a modern bathroom with natural light.
The first bedroom features a box-spring bed (180×200 cm), a TV, and a closet.
In the second bedroom, you’ll find a bed (140×200 cm) and a closet—ideal for couples.
The third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed—perfect for children or friends.

The bathroom features light-colored tiles accented with modern gray and offers both a bathtub and a shower, as well as convenient storage space for your personal items.

The large window opening leads out to the patio, which is perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, and enjoying the outdoors. Spend your time here with a good book, play games together, or wind down the day with a glass of wine. A parking space right next to the house rounds out the amenities.

Our vacation rental is ideal for families with young children! A crib and a high chair are available free of charge during your stay, so you can travel with peace of mind.

Wi-Fi is a complimentary amenity and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the vacation rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be rare instances where Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium bed linens and towels must be booked separately as linen packages. You will need one linen package per person.
Each premium bedding package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, duvet cover, and one bed sheet per bed
The premium towel set contains per package: 1 large bath towel, 1 small hand towel, and additionally per vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1 shower mat (per bathroom), 2 dish towels

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is collected and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your reservation, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.

We are happy to offer you optional additional services such as laundry packages, “Check-in from 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m.” or “Check-out by 12:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 a.m.,” and many other services:
