Location Gingst. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Communal rooms with washing machine, electric dryer (use subject to a fee) and for bicycles are also available. Parking (for 1 car) in a carport and on the property. For fire safety reasons, vehicles with fully or partially electric drive (e.g. those with an E-plate) may not be parked on the access road or the grounds of the guesthouse, not even briefly for loading or unloading. Access to the property is via routes outside the public road network.
