Living room:

The bright and spacious living room has another double bed and a cozy seating area. Here you can relax after a long day in the city.



Kitchen:

The separate, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It has modern amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. You can easily prepare and enjoy your meals here.



Bathroom:

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and we provide our guests with towels and a hairdryer.



On the 1st floor there is a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Use is free of charge, you just need to bring your own detergent.

The apartment boasts an exclusive location in Zurich's Niederdorf district. Situated directly on the Limmat, you can enjoy an incomparable view and the proximity to numerous cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities. Important notes:



- Low spots: Please note that there are very low spots in the apartment where you can easily bump your head.

We recommend special care in these areas.

- The house does not have an elevator and you have to walk up the stairs 4 floors.

- Noise pollution: Due to the central location and the surrounding bars and restaurants, it can be noisy in the evening and at night.

- We do not offer parking facilities and we recommend our guests to arrive without a car, as parking in the city of Zurich is very expensive.
