The apartment is located on Jagiellońska Street in Sosnowiec; its location provides easy access to many of the most interesting attractions in the city and the surrounding area. Less than 3 km from the property lies a modern recreational complex—Molo na Sawikach—a popular spot featuring a beach, a swimming area, and various sports activities. Not far away is the Hubertus Bathing Area, an artificial reservoir developed for relaxation and recreation, and right next to it is Morawa Pond—one of the most important ponds in the region, where two swimming areas operate during the season. Less than a 10-minute drive from the apartment stands one of Sosnowiec’s most charming landmarks—Sielecki Castle, a magnificent example of Neo-Renaissance architecture. A place visited not only for its beautiful architecture but also for the surrounding green park, offering moments of relaxation in the fresh air. The Shöna Palace Museum—a unique place where history meets art—is less than a 15-minute drive away. Surrounding the Palace is the historic Shöna Park, characterized by a diverse array of trees. It is the perfect place to relax amidst the greenery. As you stroll along its paths, you can discover a variety of Neo-Romantic architectural elements. At a similar distance lies the Mieroszewski Manor; today, the Manor serves a cultural function, and while touring it, you can admire authentic frescoes, stucco work, and elegant furniture from the late 19th century. Another interesting place to visit is the Sztygarka Training Mine, a 15-minute drive from the Apartment; it once served as a workshop for mining school students and is now open to visitors. Visiting it, you can learn how the trade was taught and see with your own eyes the equipment used for mining and transporting coal.
