Two comfortable bedrooms ensure restful nights, while the bright living and dining area offers space to spend time together—whether relaxing on the sofa or enjoying a meal. The modern, fully equipped kitchen lets you start your day at your own pace—with coffee that tastes like vacation. A special highlight is the private balcony, where you can unwind and enjoy views of the greenery. The shared garden offers extra space to relax—children will love the swing, slide, and protected sandbox. A playground directly opposite makes this a great choice for families.



The apartment is located on a quiet cul-de-sac—little traffic, lots of nature, and short distances: a bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away, and the most beautiful spots around Lake Constance are easy to reach. For your comfort, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, heating in all rooms, and easy self check-in are provided. Family-friendly amenities such as a baby bed, high chair, and toys are also available. A larger fridge with freezer compartment has recently been added.



Two parking spaces at the house and covered parking for motorcycles or small vehicles are included. Your hosts live in the neighboring village and are always available via the booking platform if needed—while you enjoy your private retreat.
