"Lüt & Lee" Vacation Rental – Peace & Relaxation on the Darß

Welcome to the lovingly and beautifully renovated "Lüt & Lee" vacation rental in the idyllic village of Born on the Darß peninsula on the Baltic Sea. Inspired by over 30 years of vacation experience on the Darß, this special retreat was created as a place to feel at home and unwind.

The name “Lüt & Lee” combines the owners’ last name with the term “Lee” —the calm, leeward side—and thus aptly represents the sheltered, relaxed atmosphere of this special vacation rental.

With 53 m² of living space, guests can expect a modern and harmonious temporary home for up to 3 people. The open-concept layout connects the stylish kitchen-diner with the cozy dining and living areas, creating a bright, inviting atmosphere.
The vacation rental underwent a complete renovation in 2025/2026 and will be re-rented under a new name starting in June 2026.

A special highlight is the separate terrace with a garden area in a sunny and quiet south-facing location—ideal for breakfast in the fresh Baltic Sea air or relaxing evenings after an eventful day of vacation.

Born offers pure tranquility and is the ideal starting point for bike tours or hikes through the Darß Primeval Forest, along the Bodden, or—for the more athletic—around the Bodden. A swimming spot on the Bodden is within walking distance. The stunning western beaches of the Baltic Sea are just a short drive away.

Born is the ideal place for various activities, such as biking, walking, horseback riding, surfing, and experiencing nature—but art and culture can also be found, for example, in Ahrenshoop or at the many events organized by the local communities.
