Just 50 meters from the banks of the Schlei, in the last bay of the Schlei before the Baltic Sea, the Franck family’s camping cabins and mobile homes are nestled in idyllic greenery. We invite guests who appreciate comfort, modern amenities, and plenty of open space—those who enjoy the sounds of the wind and the sea and love the scent of the sea air and salt water. A snack bar and restaurant are just a short walk away, and the grocery store is only 1 km away. Our 40-square-meter units, built using wood-frame/post-and-beam construction and clad with dried solid wood that meets ecological building standards, each feature two comfortable bedrooms and a cozy living/dining area—we hope they will meet the individual needs of our guests. They are particularly suitable for 1–3 adults or families of 2 adults and 2 children. Upon request—which must be made by phone—guests may set up a small tent next to their unit. Directions: The address for your navigation system is Olpenitzer Dorfstraße 29. You’ll arrive at the Hotel Schleimünde; please drive past the hotel parking lot, then turn left onto Granitweg, which will lead you to the wooden houses on the left.

Welcome to the Silbermöwe Vacation Home
Idyllically situated on a gravel path in Olpenitzdorf, our vacation home is located just about 50 meters from the banks of the Schlei.

With a floor area of approximately 40 square meters, the house offers cozy, modern living space for up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults).
The entryway features an open-concept kitchen, equipped with a modern kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, ...), a dining table with 4 chairs, a sitting area with a flat-screen TV and a small stereo system, a wood-burning stove, and a convenient coat rack. 
From here, you can access the following rooms:
1 bedroom with a 1.60 m wide double bed, a closet, a dresser, and a flat-screen TV
1 bedroom with a 0.90 m-wide bunk bed and a closet
1 bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet
Electric heating is available in all rooms if needed.
Comfortable patio furniture invites you to relax on the terrace.
The washing machine and dryer in the neighboring house may be used by arrangement. Utility charges based on consumption apply and are to be paid on site.
You can bring your own bed linens or book a bed linen set for 30 euros per person. Upon arrival, you’ll find a basket of firewood for the wood-burning stove.
You can store bicycles or bike racks in a lockable tool shed.
Final cleaning is already included in the price.
Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find three restaurants ready to treat you to a delicious meal.
The Weidefeld Baltic Sea beach, 2 km away, is perfect for hiking, swimming, and surfing.
From here, you can explore the countryside of Schwansen and Angeln by bike, or cruise the Schlei in your own boat or a rental boat.
You may moor your boat in the Olpenitz Schlei Bay near Drehanker, provided it has a draft of no more than 40 cm.



Check-in is available from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
