Old & Tired...

This unit faces the hotel entrance and is very noisy! Thus no view... The furnishings are very old and worn out. The couch cushions are very thin and uncomfortable. The pans in the kitchen have the teflon flaking off...very unhealthy! This rental needs to be upgraded.

Lacking the hotel experience!

It was nice but we didn't get the hotel experience we expected. Check in said 3 but it turned into 4:30. Said access to all amenities but we had No maid service. No clean towels after we used the first set we had. Had to park pretty far away because we would not pay $45 a day to park on site! Asked for late check out ahead of time but that was decide. I would stay at the hotel again but wouldn't go thru vrbo because you don't get the full hotel experience!

Very comfortable bed! Really spacious!

We stayed here while visiting for the Tortuga music festival. The location wasn't very convenient for that due to the crazy long lines to take the water taxi at the end of the night (we're talking an hour wait). We also got rained out that night, but were able to rent a couple of bikes to get back. We stayed pretty much on the beach a couple of days before. At the other spot, the location was great, but that room was sticky due to humidity. I would choose to stay here over the other location due to comfort and cleanliness again and again. Really a nice place. I think location would be better if we weren't there during unprecedented flooding. This host was awesome at communicating. We were able to check in extremely early for extra convenience! The only complaint I have I there was only one regular coffee pod for 2 people staying 3 nights. (I didn't communicate this to the host though.) I would definitely stay again and recommend this spot!

Needs some repairs

Toilet kept running, problem with the handle. Balcony not clean, chairs were dirty and mop and bucket left on balcony. Dishwasher was full of clean dishes upon our arrival. I had to put them away. No coffee for coffee maker. Mold in shower area. No liners in garbage containers. Maybe the housekeeper forgot to put them in. Bathroom sink did not drain properly.

Okay but need updating.

My stay was good. The area was right on point with restaurants near by, the resturant at the property was poor. The dishes served were not freshly prepared likwise the gradients were not freshly sourced but costly. The apartment was good with some issues. The balancy was off the bedroom with no view but a brickwall unless you stand. My elderly mother was not able to sit and enjoy any view. One had to stand and look over the wall to see, this was disappointed because my reason for booking this apartment was based on my mother's mobility. The TV, sofa-bed and other items in the apartment are old and worn-out. The duvet on the bed was uncleaned with stains, there were no bedding for the sofa bed apart from a single sheet which make a noise each time I turned. The apartment is very spacious, just need updating. The faucet by the handbasin leaks whenever is in used. The toilet seat is unstable. The shower was good. It was a short stay so okay. More attention to details is needed such as the laundrette being in used late in the night which is loud and noisy. The kitchen and appliances were okay,

Beautiful spacious home with plenty of room.

Beautiful spacious home with plenty of room for a large family. Clean and top of the line kitchen and bathroom. Home is on beautiful waterway and beach is minutes away. I really enjoyed the state park (5 minute walk) which is on a lake and the beach. Owner was very helpful and quick to answer questions. I highly recommend this home!

Cockroach invested property that needs serious updating

We only stayed 4 nights, checked the kitchen as soon as we got there to c what kind of cooking supplies we had and found dead cockroaches in the cabinets and the vent on the microwave was attached w bandaids, called immediately and was told someone would come immediately and they didn't come until next morning, sprayed and left, didn't clean them up, later property owner came and cleaned but the rest of our stay we killed more cockroaches and cleaned up dead ones, totally grossed us out, I'm going to b totally ticked if I take any home to my house w me, we have been using vrbo for some time and feel like there is no way this property should be listed on vrbo until they get the place cleaned up and remodeled

Amazing stay...

Amazing condo! Clean, spacious, easy walk to the beach. Owner was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!!! Can't wait to go back.

Emplacement!

Dans un appartement hôtel " le DoubleThree" situé sur Sunshine blvd 8 min à pied de la mer. Parfait si vous ne voulez pas d'auto. Tout les services sont à proximité, moins de 5 min à pied. Épicerie, pastisserie-boulangerie, centre d'achat, location vélo, location auto, restos etc. La propriétaire est charmante et s'informe régulièrement de notre confort. Laveuse sécheuse à l'étage. Place de stationnement comprise. Un peu bruyant à l'extérieur . Appartement situé au dessus du hall d'entrée.

Beautiful condo!!

Amazing

This Condo is located on the 3rd floor of the double tree. This offers modern luxury of restaurants and pool, while also having a kitchen if you want to cook some of your meals. The furniture was nice and modern. The owner was very friendly.

My husband and I rented this property for the month of Feb. It was a beautiful and clean unit. We were very happy and pleased with the location. Walking distance to the mall, restaurants and supermarket. Close to beach. Nice pool area and sitting area by the Inter-coastal waterway. The owner was a lovely woman and easy to work with. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. We would highly recommend this place to our friends and family and would definitely rent this unit again.

5 Stars - Excellence

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo/hotel the beginning of May this year. It was just like staying at a five star hotel but at a great price. The condo was super clean and very well kept. Everything you needed was right there. The unit was huge, plenty of room for a full size family. The pool/hot tub was fantastic. One of the nicest features of staying at this condo was its access to the water taxi. This condo/hotel is a water taxi stop. Very nice. The unit owner is very kind, and easy to work with. Can’t wait to book my next trip. Jim

Stay in May 2014

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights with our son joining us for nights 4 and 5. Owner was very easy to work with and responded quickly to all of our questions. Unit is very big for a 1 bedroom, very clean and has everything one needs for your stay. Excellent location as 3 block walk to ocean and 2 blocks to many restaurants, grocery store and mall. Unit is in Double Tree Hotel and is on the Inter-coastal waterway (ICW). Beautiful hotel patio and bar overlooking the ICW with water taxing stopping at hotel. Price was reasonable and well worth the cost. Only draw back is unit is on 3rd floor above the hotel check-in area so some noise with that but tolerable for sure. But the advantage to 3rd floor is no long wait for elevators. We certainly plan to go back in near future.
