Fully equipped vacation home "Scout" No. 177 in the countryside with terrace.

The single-story Scout No. 177 vacation home is a detached cottage with a large, sunny lawn perfect for relaxing and playing. You can sit comfortably and barbecue anytime on the patio right next to the vacation home. This is the perfect place to enjoy life!

The vacation home accommodates up to four people and features a living room with satellite TV and comfortable seating (new couch, 2025). The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, stovetop, and an oven.

You’re welcome to bring your own bed linens and towels or rent a set from us for €13.00 per person. Please note that using the beds without bed linens is not permitted.

The following costs must be paid at the end of your stay before departure:

Electricity based on usage: 0.40 euros/kWh
Gas (heating and hot water) based on usage: 3.20 euros/cbm
Visitor’s tax; 1.00 Euro/night/per person (ages 18 and older)

Private parking directly at the house is not available. You may park your vehicle at the vacation home while loading and unloading; afterward, please park it in the large parking lot in the vacation village.

We also offer a cozy group room in the vacation village for events. The room is an ideal venue for family celebrations and can seat up to 50 people. The group room is equipped with a large dishwasher, several refrigerators, and plenty of dishes and silverware. In addition, the room is equipped with a projector and a screen, making it well-suited for seminars. The room rental fee is 50.00 euros per day, plus a 30.00 euro final cleaning fee.
