The 73 m² Ferienwohnung Forsthaus Bigge is located in the historic forester’s house at Schloss Schellenstein (18th century) in Olsberg and accommodates up to 4 guests. You have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom at your disposal. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals during your stay. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan, and a ski storage room for winter sports enthusiasts. Families with children benefit from a baby cot, high chair, and shared toys and books. Bed linen and towels are included in the final cleaning fee.



The Forsthaus is situated in Olsberg in the Hochsauerland region – the perfect starting point for nature, tranquility, and panoramic trails. Ideal for groups of friends, couples, families, and anyone seeking a break in nature.



From January 2026, optional guided gourmet hikes around Olsberg will be offered on weekends for exclusive small groups of 4 to 6 people. No outside participants, tailored to your fitness and wishes, and no time pressure. Route length by arrangement, stops at local restaurants possible. Meals are not included. Participation is at your own risk. If the guide is unavailable for personal reasons, there is no entitlement to a replacement guide – the hike can also be done independently. Sufficient hiking maps are available.



Recommended weekend schedule: Arrival Friday from 3 p.m., guided day hike on Saturday (e.g., Kneipp trail), departure Sunday by 11 a.m.



Parking includes a shared space at the house and additional street parking. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
