In a picturesque, secluded location with a magnificent view of the Berchtesgaden Alps, nestled among meadows and forests, our lovingly run guesthouse is situated at an elevation of 700 meters above Bischofswiesen in the Berchtesgaden Valley.
Please understand that pets are not allowed in our guesthouse.

The newly renovated one-room apartment offers a stylish and comfortable home for your stay across 35 m². The sleeping and living areas feature an open-concept design and flow seamlessly into one another.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a fully automatic coffee machine (for whole beans), a kettle, a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Dishes, glasses, and silverware are, of course, provided.
The new bathroom features a walk-in shower and modern design.
A spacious southeast-facing balcony with lounge chairs invites you to relax and soak up the sun.

The charming town center of Bischofswiesen, with its train station, shopping options, and everyday amenities—including a butcher shop, bakery, inn, a pizzeria, a hair salon, a doctor’s office, and a flower shop—is about a 30-minute walk down the valley. A bus stop is also about a 20-minute walk downhill.
Katharina and Raphael Köppl We both grew up in Berchtesgaden and are deeply rooted in our hometown. In 2021, we took over the family-run guesthouse from our parents and in-laws, respectively, and continue to run it with great passion. Besides managing the guesthouse, we love spending time with our children in the mountains. Our shared hobby—beekeeping—also grew out of our love for nature.
