This completely updated and modern ocean front unit features two (2) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms with queen size beds in each. Both bedrooms and family room enjoy flat screen TV's with included cable service and access to all smart applications. Enjoy WI-FI service, app controlled entry, air conditioning and lighting and Sonos sound system providing music to all rooms. Stainless steel appliances in the completely remodeled kitchen, stocked with all the cutlery and dishware that you need. All furniture is modern, including the telescope to enjoy views of the ocean and sunrises. Two heated pools, game room with pool table, ping pong and other entertainment. Tennis & pickle ball courts maintained by the association.

"First Time Snowbirds"

This was way beyond our every expectation. We are fairly new retirees and decided we wanted to winter in Florida. We were a little apprehensive about being there for 3 months but after the first 2 or 3 weeks we felt completely at home. And this past winter was the perfect winter to get away. We were familiar with Hutchinson Island area and started there. We couldn't have been more pleased. This condo is absolutely beautiful. Totally updated with all modern appliances and any amenity we could possibly need or want. Just looking out the living room and bedroom doors at the ocean is as close to perfection as possible. The other owners and guests in the condo complex were very friendly, and Ed Kotch was there to help us in any way we needed. Really can't wait to do this again next year. Steve was very attentive to any of our needs, although we really didn't need anything once we got there. It is the perfect getaway for a week a month or any time period.

Hutchinson Island Condo

We had a wonderful stay at Steve and Amy's condo. Being right on the ocean 24/7 is priceless. We saw a lot of cool stuff out in the water. The view is amazing. We were in the ocean almost every day; we also did a lot of bicycling and golfing. The unit is exactly as it is represented in the information and photos. The finishes and amenities are great. Communication before and during our stay with the owner and the manager here is prompt. Everything we hoped and expected.

Best place to stay!!! One of our TOP Getaways ever!!!

Although we travel often, this was easily one of the greatest experiences our family has ever had! The owner's description of this unit does NOT do enough to describe how incredible it is. Super comfortable with every amenity possible and the unit comes with every thing you could imagine needing. Easy to park, with shops and restaurants very close by. This unit is completely renovated, and really well designed. (AV system in master closet allows you to control volume from room to room.) Furniture is both functional and super comfortable. Flat screen TV's, high end appliances... Downstairs is a great pool and there's a clubhouse with billiards, pingpong table, and gym. Views from this unit are amazing! Furthermore, this section of beach is close to the inlet so the fishing is excellent, and we saw porpoise right from the balcony. Kids were in heaven, as were we. At night we left the glass sliders open and drifted off/woke up to the surf gently lapping the soft sand. Hutchinson is very low key, very "Old Florida" and while everything you need is in the immediate area, the beaches still feel completely private. This place is paradise! You can tell the owners love their place because it's maintained in spotless condition! Steve gave us easy to follow instructions and couldn't have been more helpful. If you're looking for a place in Hutchinson for either 2 couples or a family of 4, congratulations! You just found it!

The perfect beach getaway

Our weekend at this condo was perfect! The location is easy to find and centrally located. Beach is out your door, gorgeous sunsets, great restaurants, and quaint boutiques. The photos did not even show how really beautiful this place is! The condo was immaculate and had every provision we could need for our stay (kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms). The owners were so kind and helpful (we had 1 question and got the answer instantly). We would highly recommend for a romantic weekend alone or family getaway with kids!

Great Getaway!

My family and I recently visited this beautiful upgraded condo. It is an ocean front/beach condo with access to the pool and club house which has table tennis, air hockey, etc. We had an amazing time. The kids didn't want to leave. For that matter, we didn't want to leave either. Can't wait to go back!

Our family lives in Miami Beach and has vacationed in the Jensen Beach for decades. We love the community, beautiful beaches, amazing food and relaxed lifestyle. Our unit was rented seasonally by one couple only for over 11 years - this is the first time it will be available for others to enjoy and it is maintained as our second home.

We have visited the area for over 20 years and chose this location to enjoy with our children when they were young due to the building community, beach access and proximity to Shuckers in the adjacent complex.

Our property is unique as it is maintained and enjoyed as our 2nd home and not as a rental unit. Our guests will enjoy all the amenities of home along with hosts who are available and present as needed.
