The light-filled living area invites you to relax with a cozy sofa corner, a sleeper sofa (approx. 140 x 200 cm), and a flat-screen TV. The visually separated sleeping area features a luxurious double bed (approx. 190 x 200 cm) and ensures restful nights.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable vacation—including an oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker. A special highlight is the modern spa bathroom with its own sauna, walk-in shower, makeup mirror, and heated towel rack. Perfect for relaxing after a day at the Baltic Sea.
The apartment includes a private underground parking space (No. 4) in the building. You can conveniently store your bicycles in the bike storage room in the underground garage.

The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging in the sand and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and swimming enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow waters of the Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station.
The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the Warder town of Heiligenhafen (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing harbor, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 meters long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
