For us, a vacation means enjoying fresh air and the sea, relaxing, leaving the car in the underground parking garage, and exploring the area on foot or by bike.
All of this in a 40 m² luxurious studio apartment on the top floor with a northwest-facing balcony and evening sun.
Ideal for singles, couples, or families looking to unwind. Its prime location right next to the boardwalk, restaurants, pier, and beach makes our property perfect.

Großenbrode has been a thriving vacation destination for years, with a focus on a cozy atmosphere. The newly redesigned promenade, with its many restaurants, playgrounds, and marina, offers plenty of variety for a relaxing vacation.
Heiligenhafen, with numerous restaurants and cafés to suit every taste, is located about 10 km away and is always worth a trip by bike (bike rentals nearby) or by car.

Why “Abendsonne”?
Right on the beach, private sauna—right in the heart of it all, yet still peaceful. If you’re dreaming of gently sloping beaches, glowing sunsets, and relaxation for the whole family—then come to Großenbrode on the Fehmarn Sound. The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging in the sand and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and swimming enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow waters of the Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station.
The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the Warder town of Heiligenhafen (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing harbor, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 meters long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
