This charming 30 m² studio is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and features a mezzanine. Newly renovated and fully equipped, it’s perfect for 2 guests but can accommodate up to 4 thanks to the loft bed.



The apartment includes a living area with a sitting and dining space, TV, and a sofa bed for 2, as well as a mezzanine with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishes, coffee machine, and kettle. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and washing machine.



The property is close to shops, restaurants, and beaches, so you can enjoy Cannes on foot. Bed linen and towels are provided. Pets are not allowed. No smoking inside the apartment.
