The HaP/39 vacation rental in the “Haus am Park” vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 3 people.

The elevator takes you to the 3rd floor of the building. Here, Apartment No. 39 is located on the west side of “Haus am Park.” This quietly situated 2-room vacation apartment, measuring approximately 40 m², does not have a balcony but still offers a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea (from the side). The distance to the Baltic Sea beach is about 50 m.

In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a DAB+ internet radio with a CD player.

The kitchenette in the living room includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, 2 induction cooktops, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as a toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. A spacious dining table provides room for shared meals.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, and a second flat-screen TV. A pleated blind is provided for blackout.

A shower room/toilet and a hair dryer are, of course, also provided.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to guests for a fee. A shared bicycle storage room is also available.

The “Haus am Park” apartment building combines the charm of the 1920s with modern amenities, located right next to the beach. It is one of the most impressive buildings in the center of Kühlungsborn-West. The former Parkhotel is located right next to the wide, fine-sand beach and is just a 2-minute walk away. A magnificent foyer adorns the building’s entrance and impressively reflects the charm of the turn of the century. At Haus am Park, you’ll find an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washers and dryers.

Some vacation apartments come with an outdoor parking space, while others include an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires).
