This 24 m² basement vacation apartment lets you forget all the stress of everyday life. In this luxurious vacation apartment, a cozy atmosphere and high-quality amenities are a top priority. The one-room vacation apartment, facing west, is located in the basement of Villa Möwe and offers plenty of space for up to two people to enjoy a fantastic vacation on the Baltic Sea—the beach is just about 50 meters away. The apartment is divided into a living area with a combined kitchen area and a double sofa bed, as well as a separate bathroom with a shower. You can enjoy relaxing moments on the terrace.

The brightly designed living area of the vacation apartment is fully equipped with a built-in kitchen featuring a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Of course, a toaster, a drip coffee maker, and a kettle are also provided for your convenience.

For entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. The tiled bathroom features a shower and a toilet.
The apartment has laminate flooring. Underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth in all living areas.

As a special perk, as a resident of one of the “Perlenkette” apartments, you can book Grand Hotel services—such as breakfast, the spa, or the kids’ club—directly at the Grand Hotel by reservation.
