The high-end, fully equipped 2-room apartment “Brode Huus” in the “El Mar” building boasts a fantastic location and its own sauna—just a few steps from the beach.
On the first floor, you’ll find a tastefully furnished living area with a cozy sofa (sleeps 1), a flat-screen TV, a corner sofa with a dining table, and an open, fully equipped kitchen. Here you can enjoy relaxing vacation moments in a modern setting.
Upstairs is the open sleeping area with a comfortable double bed (approx. 160 x 200 cm) and an additional flat-screen TV. A special highlight is the separate, indoor sauna made of real wood—ideal for soothing wellness sessions after a day at the beach. From the bedroom window, you can enjoy a side view of the Baltic Sea.
The bathroom features a washing machine available for free use.
In front of the apartment, a small garden with its own east-facing terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. A free parking space is available right on the property.
The location is perfect: Restaurants, kiosks, a playground, and a skate park are all in the immediate vicinity. A bakery, bike rental, and a gym are all conveniently located within 1,000 meters. Many destinations can be easily explored on foot or by bike. Public buses run several times a day to Heiligenhafen and Fehmarn.
Großenbrode is also an ideal starting point for extended bike tours—whether toward Heiligenhafen or across the Fehmarnsund Bridge to Fehmarn.
