On the first floor you’ll find a study area, bathroom, spacious living room with sofa, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Large windows fill the space with light and overlook the Tuscan hills and gulf.



Upstairs are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one especially spacious and bright. Both bedrooms feature an innovative water-cooling system for optimal comfort.

Nestled among hills and Mediterranean woods, the property features trails for walks through hills, woods, and fields, or you can explore the area by bike. The farmhouse is surrounded by hectares of Mediterranean vegetation in a natural setting.



There are 3 parking spaces on site. One pet is allowed and can access the pool freely; a leash is required in common areas. Events are not permitted. Cleaning service during your stay is available for an extra charge. A car is recommended due to the dirt roads leading to the property.
