The "Stilleben" house is a beloved classic among Willingen accommodations; however, due to an inheritance settlement, it lay dormant—like "Sleeping Beauty"—for over two years without being rented out. Under new ownership, these picturesque apartments are being brought back to life, ready to welcome guests starting in mid-June 2026.
Two 4-star comfort apartments housed within a single building, situated directly within the Hoppecketal/Ritzhagen ski area. Accommodating 8–10 people, the property features 4 bedrooms plus a loft area, all tastefully furnished with artistically designed walls. Each apartment is themed around a famous still-life painter. Prime location in Hoppecketal/Ritzhagen: just 200m to the Ritzhagen chairlift and summer toboggan run; 300m to the K1 chairlift/mountain bike park, indoor climbing gym, and go-kart track; 700m to the Ettelsberg cable car; and 900m to the train station, brewery, and town center.
A non-smoking vacation home for 8–10 people, featuring Wi-Fi and a balcony with views of the Ettelsberg. The interior boasts modern, tasteful furnishings designed to meet high standards of comfort and create a truly cozy, feel-good atmosphere. With these two apartments, you have the entire stairwell completely to yourselves.

Accessibility Information for Vacation Apartment DALI: Vacation Apartment DALI is designed to be *low-barrier*, though it does not meet the strict "barrier-free" standards defined by DIN norms. Unfortunately, booking portals often lack a specific "low-barrier" filter; for this reason, we list this property as "barrier-free" on those sites, as it remains highly accessible and usable for many guests with mobility impairments. A paved parking space is located directly adjacent to the main entrance, which is accessible at ground level. There are no further thresholds or steps within the hallway or the apartment itself. The bathroom door is 70 cm wide. The shower features a level-entry design. The balcony door has a standard threshold.
ATTENTION – Important Information for Clubs/Groups! As a precautionary measure—particularly in light of the lively party tourism scene in Willingen—we wish to emphasize that we value considerate and well-mannered guests. We do not desire, nor will we tolerate, "excessive socializing"—such as loud parties, loud music, or other boisterous celebrations—whether on the terrace, the balcony, or inside the house. Permanent residents live in the lower level of the building! Quiet hours (nightly rest period) between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM must be strictly observed! If you choose to enjoy the nightlife at local venues but conduct yourselves with appropriate quietness and consideration for the neighbors while at the house, you are most welcome guests. In this regard, we ask that you objectively assess whether your group is a suitable fit for our property. Please also be sure to carefully review Section 12 of our Terms and Conditions! We do not rent to groups consisting solely of "party clubs," bachelor/bachelorette parties, "social-focused" sports clubs, or groups of young adults under the age of 30!

Additional Pricing Information: All base rates apply to 4 persons and include bed linen (beds are made up upon arrival), towels, and final cleaning. Our daily rates listed above are calculated based on a minimum stay of 4 nights! Please strictly observe the following guidelines: 1. When making inquiries or bookings, please avoid Saturday arrivals and departures whenever possible, as we prefer not to "split up" high-demand weekends. Therefore, please aim to arrive on a Friday or Sunday instead of a Saturday. We accept Saturday arrivals/departures only in exceptional cases; in such instances, we charge a surcharge of €90, which is *not* displayed in the online price calculator!
2. For Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we are unable to offer any discounts, as our cleaning staff receive a 100% wage premium for work performed on weekends and public holidays. This means: For Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we will always charge the base nightly rate specified for the respective season multiplied by 7—even if the online price calculator happens to display a discount. This rule also applies in the exceptional cases where we accept Saturday arrivals/departures.
Further Exceptions for Arrivals/Departures: Ski Jumping Events: Arrivals possible only on Thursday or Friday (no Saturday arrivals). Carnival/Mardi Gras: Arrivals possible only on Thursday or Friday (not on Saturday, Sunday, or Rose Monday). Easter: No arrivals possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday. Easter: No departures possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday. Pentecost/Whitsun: No arrivals or departures possible on Pentecost Sunday! Christmas Holidays: No departures are possible on December 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st, or on New Year's Day.
We will send you the binding total price via email in response to your inquiry or booking request. Upon booking, you retain the right to withdraw from the contract once you receive the reservation confirmation, should you not agree to the final price.
In addition to all listed prices, a visitor's tax applies, currently set at €3 per person per night for guests aged 15 and older (as of 2024).
Security Deposit & Payment Terms: A standard security deposit of €200 is required for this property. The security deposit must be transferred together with the final balance no later than 14 days prior to arrival; it will be refunded to you via bank transfer within seven to ten business days after your departure.
Payment Terms: - A 20% down payment is due within one week of receiving the booking confirmation. - The final balance is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival. - For short-notice bookings (made less than 42 days in advance), the full amount must be transferred immediately—within 24 hours—of receiving the booking confirmation. - Cash payments on-site are not accepted!
