The "Stilleben" building is a popular classic in Willingen; following an inheritance, it spent over two years dormant and unavailable for rent. Under new ownership, these charming apartments are being brought back to life starting mid-June 2026.
Two 4-star comfort apartments located in a building right in the Hoppecketal/Ritzhagen ski area. Each unit accommodates 8–10 people and features four bedrooms plus an attic level, all tastefully furnished with artistically designed walls. Each apartment is themed around a still-life painter.
Prime location in Hoppecketal/Ritzhagen: just 200m to the Ritzhagen chairlift and summer toboggan run; 300m to the K1 chairlift/mountain bike park, climbing center, and go-kart track; 700m to the Ettelsberg cable car; and 900m to the train station, brewery, and town center.
A non-smoking property for 8–10 guests, featuring Wi-Fi and a balcony with views of the Ettelsberg. Modern, tasteful décor designed for high standards and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. With these two apartments, you also have exclusive use of the stairwell.

Accessibility information for the "DALI" apartment:
The DALI apartment offers easy access but is not fully barrier-free according to DIN standards. Unfortunately, booking portals do not offer a specific "easy access" filter; we therefore list the property as "barrier-free" because it remains highly usable for many guests with limited mobility. The paved parking area is located directly next to the ground-level entrance door. There are no thresholds in the hallway or within the apartment. The bathroom door is 70 cm wide. The shower entry is at floor level. The balcony door has a standard threshold.

ATTENTION! The following year (after the Christmas holidays) can only be booked from July of the current year - no dates will be offered to you before then.


Additional price information:

All basic prices are for 4 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning. Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!

Please note the following important information:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.
For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of € 90, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)
Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)
Pentecost: No arrival/departure possible on Pentecost Sunday!
Christmas Holidays: No departure possible on December 24, 25, 26, 31, or New Year's Day

You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract after receiving the reservation confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.

In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently € 3 per person/night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024) will be charged.


Security Deposit & payment conditions:
A general security deposit of € 400 (€ 200 per apartment) is required for this property.
The security deposit is payable along with the final payment no later than 14 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.

Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings <42 days in advance, everything must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payment on site is not possible!
